Bitcoin company Swan has filed a lawsuit accusing former employees, including former executives, of conspiring to take over its bitcoin mining business. The lawsuit, filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, alleges that the employees stole “high-priority code” from Swan’s software and created a rival company, Proton Management.
Swan also accuses Tether of supporting the scheme. The company is seeking damages and the return of stolen equipment and materials.
